Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send photos of any damages or incorrect items along with your request, so that we can process it faster. Send information to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, lost, stolen or delayed packages.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Online purchases: We do not accept returns, order cancellations or exchanges on online purchases.
In-store purchases: Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. No returns. Electronics can only be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like seasonal products, perishable goods, customized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal and sale items.
